The apartment was super cool and had everything we needed. The best part was the killer location - it was right in the heart of the action, near all the hip bars and clubs. And guess what? We even found out that there were golf lessons nearby! How crazy is that? It was the perfect spot for a group of party-loving teenagers like us.
If I had to ask for one thing to make our stay even more fun, it would be an awesome rooftop pool or a chill outdoor area where we could hang out and party with other cool people. We had such a blast exploring Lisbon and meeting new friends, but having a cool space to relax and have fun right at the apartment would have taken our trip to the next level.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean and nicely furnished. Very close to everything. Also staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here.
The only thing was the bathroom was an ensuite, so I had to walk through the double room to go the bathroom.

hello lisbon principe real exceeded my expectations with its wonderful location, spacious apartment, and clean sheets. the local area was also a highlight, making our stay even more enjoyable.

They are very polite and friendly. The position of the apartment is perfect to see the city, close to very nice restaurant and pub but the street is very very quiet.

Close to Bairro Alto, cozy and typical Lisbon "bairro", old style apartment.
THe apartment was at the first floor, and looked much bigger on the photos. It was very damp, and had a strong odor of mold that would not go away. We had the windows open all the time, sprayed with perfume and burned perfumed candle lights in the night, but nothing helped.. This apartment is not suitable for family with babies or people suffering from allergies or asthma, in my view...

Quite good arrangement from city center (15 mines on foot). Big enough area (56 м2). The free Internet (WiFi).
We had apartments with one bedroom on the ground floor. In a bedroom were two small windows in a court yard at height of 2 meters. In a drawing room a window on street at level of pedestrians and transport. Narrow street – 1 strip of way. Garbage bags were under windows. There is no conditioner. In warm weather it will be stuffy. The old equipment. Not all sockets worked. There is not enough lamps for illumination of rooms. There is no electric coffee maker. Too expensive for such number.

This apartment was perfect for our group of 5 and provided ample space. The location was ideal, close to bars and restaurants but not too noisy. We loved the unique layout of the flat and the terrace was a great addition. The value for money was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Location is great, it is in very quiet residential old Lisbon quarter, but 5 minutes walking to trendy Bairro Alto, the famous 28 tram has a stop 100m down the street. Clean and comfortable apartment, with all that is expected. We loved it... great experience! Thank you :)

The location of the apartment is very central and convenient, with easy access to the downtown city and popular attractions. the famous tram 28 stops right in front of the drive, making it convenient for exploring the city. the apartment is spacious and clean, with well-furnished rooms and all the necessary essentials provided.
Some guests experienced issues with noise, as the apartment is located on the ground floor and directly on a busy road, making the traffic noise audible inside.
